Directions & Location

Head West on Hwy 36 towards Estes Park. 

Follow on 36 for  2.3 miles. 

Turn Right on 71N (Blue Mountain Road). 

Follow on Blue Mountain Road for 2.7 miles. 

Veer left at the fork onto the dirt road. 

Turn Right onto Stagecoach Trail and follow for .5 miles. 

Then Turn Right onto Ponderosa Hill Road and follow for an additional 1.7 miles.

Turn Right onto Blue Mountain Trail. 

The property will be down Blue Mountain Trail 1.3 miles on the left side after a clearing in the trees as you travel down a hill.
